First Contact Story Pack

For many centuries our people have looked up to the stars wondering, "Is there anyone else out there? When we meet, will we be enemies or allies? Will we discover them or are they already there, hiding in plain sight?"

The First Contact Story Pack focuses on these pre-UL civilizations, both from the point of view of the civilizations themselves and from that of observers. The Observation function has been revamped with new and improved systems related to knowledge, diplomacy and espionage of civilizations. New information can be gained by looking at the civilizations that have escaped the corruption of the galaxy as a whole.
