Being a free update to CS:GO, Counter-Strike 2 is the most important technical advance in the history of this franchise. Powered by the Source 2 engine, Counter-Strike 2 has been modernized with Physically Based Rendering (PBR), next-generation networking, and updated Community Workshop tools.
